VLSI bits and pieces ... Alan Murray

Here are all of the lecture notes - direct out of Freelance for Windoze, in glorious technicolour.

Static (html+gif) full-colour slides and text notes

None of the animations work, obviously and all of each slide appears simultaneously. Hope you like them.

Animated Lotus Freelance presentations as shown in the lecture theatre

and here are all the lectures again as Lotus Freelance files. Animations now working.

These can all be viewed on a PC using

Lotus Freelance's Mobile Screen Show Player

This (PC/Windoze) utility is distributed here legally as Lotus's route to viewing Freelance presentations complete with special effects (!) without installing Freelance itself.

Alternatively, you can download the plug-in available (or wait to be prompted) on these pages for either Netscape or Explorer (Yah booh sucks to Bill Gates) and run it directly from a PC Web browser.

Printable files - if you've lost the paper versions from the start of term!

Here's PCLE - the dumb little PC Layout Editor

Finally - here are the tutorials

no solutions, tho' - you'll have to come to the tutorial session to collect them!
