Thank you for pressing the help button. The help button has asked me to express it appreciation on it's behalf (it's strange like that).
The toolbar at the left side of this page is used for looking at all the different pages within this site. It's got a great personality, but gets a bit grumpy at times. Netscape/Internet Explorer and the toolbar keep falling out. There's nothing I can do about it, although I've tried many times. If a strange thing happens to it (eg. the scroll bar disappears), just press "Reload." Reload always knocks them into shape. Reload's got a brick hidden in her handbag.
This is the serious bit, honest gov. At the bottom of each article page, there are a set of icons representing "Back", "Index" and "Next". "Back" and "Next" refer to the previous or next article in the series. "Index" refers to the article index (..NEVER...)
Well, it's like this me96 were given a two week Project Management course in Feburary 1997. As part of the course, we had to write and publish this site in four days. Unfortunately me96 have to go and do, more exciting things with their lives. So they left the maintance of this site, in the hands of their very, very nice supervisor "Gerard Blair" (grovel, grovel).
If you have major problems please email
